Reproductive Toxicology
Accelera provides a full service in Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology (DART) for the progression of pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals.
We conduct male and female fertility developmental toxicity and pre/postnatal development (PPND) studies to assess the potential effects of a test article on the full spectrum of reproduction as well as performing a range of specialised functional evaluations, including neurobehavioral testing and immunologic assays.

Accelera also offers a full regulated in vivo toxicological package, with studies conducted via different routes of administration, including TK evaluation in adult animals and pups:

Accelera offers Rat Whole Embryo Culture as an in vitro models to perform a rapid and affordable insight into teratogenic potential of new compounds or to investigate mechanisms of teratogenicity to improve extrapolation of animal data to humans.
